Montclair Culinary Academy - Mothers Day Special Class-The Art of French Pastries age 13-16
This is geared for teens who LOVE TO BAKE SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR MOTHERS DAY!
No prior experience needed open to all teens between the ages of 13-16. The art of french pastries are an incredibly delicious and rewarding opportunity to work directly with our Pastry Chefs at MCA.
Give your Mom a sweet treat this Mothers Day!
We are limiting enrollment to 12 for this hands on class.
Dessert Menu Includes:
Chocolate Souffle'
Fresh Fruit Clafoutis (Clementine or Cherry)
Palmier's (Elephant Ears) Cookies
Take home bakery boxes are provided along with recipes
Please note* Sneakers are a must/No phones permitted in the kitchen
