Cooking Across Cultures with Abysinnia Ethiopian
In this exciting collaboration between the Massachusetts Avenue Project and the West Side Bazaar, attendees will learn to make authentic Ethiopian dishes with Zelalem Gemmeda of Abyssinia Ethiopian Cuisine. Attendees will be able to participate in making at least two vegetarian Ethiopian dishes. Pre-made injera, coffee, and Ethiopian music will be provided by the instructor.
