Montclair Culinary Academy - Kids in the Kitchen- Cinco De Mayo Celebration! age 7-16
Jr. Chefs of all ages will LOVE this culinary exploration of Latin heritage! Cinco de Mayo
Join the Chefs at MCA as we create a delicious way to celebrate. We begin with house made
corn chips to go with hand made Guacamole and salsa.
We will prepare hand made Chicken and Veggie Empanadas as well as Rice & Beans to compliment our Cinco De Mayo.
The class is 90 minutes from 10am-11:30am. We start on time. Please make sure you child eats breakfast, as cooking on an empty stomach can make some queezy.
Sneakers are mandatory and comfortable clothes are recommended.
