Free Meditation Class with Swami Ken

Blessing *1-hour meditation, during which Swami Ken will enter into a deep meditative state called Samadhi, filling the dome with amazing energy * Satsang (delivery of spiritual discourse) * Group Q & A * Individual private time w/Swami Ken * Closing Blessing

This initiation into Dyana Yoga is intended to enable participants to better meditate at home and to strengthen and deepen their spiritual path of choice. Dress comfortably and bring pillow or mat to sit on. Complete silence is requested during the meditation. The class lasts about 2 hours. Please arrive at least 15-minutes before start time. The Light Center is a beautiful 20-minute drive from INterstate 40 exit #64.

About Swami Ken:
Swami Ken began his spiritual quest very early in life, studying and learning from great masters, but not until he met his guru, Sri Shivabalayogi, did his life's purpose unfold. His life is dedicated to serving humanity by making the gift of meditation freely available to all who will accept it. Like his guru, Swami Ken strongly believes that one should not charge for spiritual blessings or helping others. While he does accept donations and sells books, meditation supplies and artwork after his classes, he asks all to know that there is no obligation. The Swami will serve anyone, regardless of faith or circumstance. He is not looking for devotees or followers, nor is he soliciting members. His work is heart-to-heart.
