Taste of the Caribbean is cultural event bring Caribbean food and music to Portland Oregon. There will be a variety dishes that night from different Caribbean island for you to try. Jerk Chicken, Jerked Pork, Brown Oxtail Stew, Curry Goat, Rice and Peas, Jerked Salmon, Rasta Pasta, Curried Shrimp and a selection of Chef Regis specialties. The chef is looking forward to meeting everyone that night come out and have a good time . one love.
