CANCELED: 2020 March 16 - May 28 Tours of Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights
As of April 6, 2020, Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights has canceled all Tours and Events through May 28, 2020.
TICKETS were RELEASED JULY 1, 2019 AT 6 AM ARIZONA TIME.
The historic Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights was opened for public tours by Tovrea Carraro Society on March 10, 2012.
Your tour begins as you are greeted by Tovrea Carraro Society volunteers at the Visitor Center and taken through the Carraro Cactus Gardens by tram with a certified docent. The tour winds through the beautiful 44 acres, viewing the outer buildings, before arriving at Tovrea Castle.
You will have 90-minutes to explore the Castle's main floor and basement, extensive grounds and cactus gardens surrounding the Castle and pick up a few mementos in Treasures at the Castle Gift Shop.
This tour is not recommended for children under 12, however, they are certainly welcome. Every 2 children, 12 and under, must be accompanied by 1 adult; i.e. 4 children, 2 adults
The tour is ADA accessible; please let us know that you are bringing a wheelchair or walker. We cannot accommodate MOTORIZED assistive devices (wheelchairs, scooters, etc). Other Special Arrangements should be made at least 2 weeks prior to your tour date and time, particularly for interpreters and assistive devices for hearing and sight impairments.
This is a rain or shine, cold or hot tour; guests are advised to wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
Be advised that tours for commercial touring companies and professional photographers, using photos for commercial purposes, are priced at a higher rate and are very limited and not available through these regular tours. If you are interested in booking a tour through your tour management company or for a photography session, please call us for special pricing and dates at email@example.com If you are a commercial touring company or professional photographer and book anyway, we will cancel your tickets.
Please be aware that there are no tour refunds within 72 hours of your selected tour date. Tour refunds are for every ticket you have purchased e.g. 6 tickets purchased on same credit card, cannot refund only 2 tickets, but all 6!
All refunds must be requested from and approved by Tovrea Carraro Society; Brown Paper Tickets will refer you back to us to authorize your refund. You may call us at 602/256.3221 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. Remember, this must be at least 72 hours before your tour.
We are unable to make exchanges between dates. There is NO RESELLING of tickets under any circumstances.
Q: Is there a wait list?
A:There is not a wait list for cancelled tickets.
Q: What happens when you refund someone's tickets?
A: When a ticket is refunded it is immediately re-released for sale on Brown Paper Tickets.
Q: How do I check to see if tickets have become available?
A: The date selection drop-down menu defaults to the first date with available tickets. If the first date option displayed shows tickets as unavailable, all dates are sold out. When clicking on the date drop-down menu, if a date is grayed out then tickets are unavailable. Dates with available tickets will display in a black font. You can also call Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-838-3006 to check availability.
Q: Once I have placed my order in my basket how long do I have to complete the transaction?
A: Your tickets are safely held for 15 minutes, allowing you ample time to make your purchase
Q: Can I place an order with Brown Paper Tickets over the phone?
A: Yes, but we do not recommend it. We expect tickets to sell out very quickly so for reasons of speed we very strongly suggest you buy online through the Brown Paper Tickets website.
