Alice in Wonderland
Originally produced and later revived on Broadway by actress and director Eva Le Gallienne, this lovely play with music is the most successful dramatic version of Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, widely beloved British childrens book by Lewis Carroll. With their fantastical tales and riddles, written for children, not adults, they became some of the most popular works of English-language fiction. Our production is inspired by the masterful original illustrations by British artist John Tenniel and filled throughout with the lovely songs and musical accompaniment written for it by Richard Addinsell.
