Look forward to your future with creative anticipation!
Join hypnotherapist Jeff Ennor and embodied voice teacher Francesca Genco in this guided exploration of envisioning and stepping into who and what you'd like to become in the near or distant future.
We will engage guided meditation, movement, voice, journaling and drawing as pathways into our future selves.
We will play in the sandbox of the future on our own and in groups to fully flesh out our creative visions.
