Rolling Bay Presbyterian Church 2019 Womens Retreat
Youve heard it before. Maybe youve even told your kids or your grandchildren to do it. Oprah has a list of 15 tips on what it takes to do it. Maybe you want to do it, but just dont know how. Were talking about living your best life of course, and lucky for us God offers us a recipe for the good life in three parts: do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with God. It need not involve quitting your job to fulfill your dream of becoming a world class pastry chef, or buying a boat and sailing around the world in 80 days. Living a good life is possible in the here and now, no matter your age, condition, or bank account; and plenty of women across the ages show us how its done. Come to the 2019 Rolling Bay Presbyterian Womens Retreat on June 1 and spend the day among friends old and new as we grow deeper in our faith learning from each other what it means to live a good life. The event will be at RBPC and everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and neighbors! Rev Erin Grayson will be our keynote speaker. The day will include two plenary sessions, plenty of free time for personal reflection and (optional) activities, and a concluding worship service. Ticket price includes a delicious organic vegan lunch prepared by Dianne Thompson, and coffee and refreshments throughout the day. Registration begins in April. You won't want to miss it!
