Be a Duck; Let it Roll Off is a play about that first summer job. Three teenage lifeguards must navigate employment under the unprofessional and manipulative hand of their manager. They wrestle with lifes smaller power structures and, as a result, find themselves wrapped up in complicated relationships. As their bonds are unintentionally formed and broken, one lifeguard realizes how much power her boss really has and she decides to finally do something about it.
