Event
Fireside Beach Yoga
We will meet on the beach. A small fire will be lit and we will begin with a short guided meditation before moving into gentle Vinyasa yoga class. The practice will end with a Svasana (relaxation) to the sounds of the waves.
Following the yoga, we can sit around the fire, wrapped in blankets with hot tea and cake, sharing stories and meeting new people.
The whole experience will last approx 1.5 hours.
Please dress appropriately as the entire experience is outside.
This event is WEATHER DEPENDENT If there is extreme wind or rain it will be cancelled or rescheduled and a refund issued.
Hot tea will be available after the yoga practice
Blankets will be provided. If you prefer a yoga mat please bring your own.
Snacks will be provided for after the yoga practice.
