Project Man Evenings
Project Man Evenings - A chance to deepen your masculinity in this evening session. You don't need to have completed the Project: Man weekend intensive to attend. This is a male-only workshop.
We will start with one hour of Bioenergetics, to really get you present in your body and feeling vitally alive, followed by a brief tea break and hangout. This will be followed by Process Psychodrama work - an opportunity for each man, if he wishes, to get up in front of the other men, share his story, perhaps an area of his life that he's busy with, and be seen and heard by the other men without judgement. Devaraj may suggest a group exercise that this individual can do, right there in the group room, to further deepen his release from the past. Many men have found this to provide a very powerful and lasting release. The session will complete with a circle and some positivity to leave us all feeling good about ourselves and our right to be male.
After the session there's the opportunity to go for a drink together locally.
