In this morning workshop, you will hear from one of the leading researchers in Hope Science, Dr. Chan Hellman.
Raising hope lies at the core of mentoring youth goals and the heart of MENTOR Washingtons work. We know that hopeful people will generate multiple pathways toward their goals. Those who have experienced trauma, may have difficulty in managing obstacles and developing alternative pathways to achieve their goals. But hope, can be their way forward.
