Cider School: Sustainable Cider
In honor of Earth Day, we are celebrating cider and cider makers who keep the environment and the longevity of this planet at the forefront of their minds. While many orcharding practices are already land friendly, we will cover what environmental strains cider making accrues and what is being done to help.
Tickets include a flight of four Ciders, tableside snacks and the class instructor. Of course, we always end with a special toast with something from our cellar.
