Real World Stress Management

Stress affects us all. How do we manage it while living in the real world, with time and money constraints?

We will cover what stress is and how it affects the body. A series of free and inexpensive strategies that people of varying physical and financial abilities can utilize will be offered. There will be opportunity to practice the breathing and acupressure techniques during class. We will briefly touch on some more costly supplements and help as well.

Presentation will be offered as a PowerPoint and you will receive a handout with all the information.

PRESENTER NOTES:

Amy has been passionate about the healing arts since 2003. Her life as an acupuncturist and massage therapist has lead her along many different paths, discovering myriad healing techniques and her own gift of helping others. From spiritual crisis, recovery from injury, or just regular life stresses, Amy has facilitated healing for thousands of people. With over 5000 hours of training in holistic health ranging from becoming a Reiki master in 2007 , Feng Shui consultant in 2015 to a Tantric counselor in 2016 Amy loves spreading the gift of holistic health and personal wisdom to her surrounding community.

This event will be held in the Wicked Grounds Annex at 293 8th St. The space is ADA friendly once you are upstairs, but please note that stairs provide the only access to and egress from the space.
