Presented by Carolyn Berry, LMFT, author of "From Misery to Happiness". In her home state of New Mexico, Carolyn is known as the "Go Shining" Coach. Carolyn will share highly effective, energy-based techniques developed through her decades of work as a therapist and life coach.
Please bring a sack lunch, notebook and pen, plus a pillow and yoga mat. A limited number of yoga mats are available, if you don't have one.
