Nashville's development and construction boom is unprecedented in its history. Increasingly, the surge is fueled by outside developers, banks, investors, and architecture teams.
We'll dive into the data, which show a steep spike in everything from building permits and hotel prices to jobs announcements and cranes in the skies. Amid all that frenzy, well highlight some of the most significant projects to watch and why.
We will look ahead to whats coming down the pike, spotlighting the implications of the citys soaring profile and the tension increasingly surfacing as the boom goes on.
