Dan has been with Lowe since relocating to Charleston in 2006 and in his free time, Dan and his family enjoy all of the wonderful things Charleston has to offer, including exploring the City's historic landmarks and dining at its many fine restaurants.
Lowe began investing in the Charleston area with the acquisition of Wild Dunes Resort in 1990. Over the past 30 years, Lowe has built out the amenities in Wild Dunes Resort. In January of 2017, Lowe made another significant invest in the Charleston area with the acquisition of the former SC State Ports Authority headquarters in Downtown Charleston with the plans to build a 225-key and extend Joe Riley Waterfront Park. With the establishment of the Charleston office under Dan's direction Lowe is excited to expand its investment footprint in the region.
