Burrito Battle - Half Acre vs. Cruz Blanca
The Brewery Burrito Battle: food from two brewery kitchens, beers from the same two breweries and a little friendly wager for major bragging rights.
For this gathering, the Half Acre team will roll a brand new burrito variety and duke it out with the Cruz Blanca crew, as they bring their culinary talents up to our neck of the woods.
You'll receive a plate that has 1/2 of Half Acre's burrito and 1/2 of the Cruz Blanca burrito, along with a side. A scoring card to vote for your favorite burrito will also be provided. The winning team gets treated to lunch at the other team's restaurant. The losing team will wash dishes.
Four ten ounce pours of beer will also be included in the ticket price.
NOTES:
-Please email events@halfacrebeer.com with any dietary or food restrictions, but be advised that for this event we will not be able to provide a vegetarian or vegan substitution.
- We will be serving food continuously from 6 to 9 PM.
- We'll be rolling on a first come-first served basis, so you might have to wait for a table depending on when you arrive to the taproom. That's not such a bad thing though, as we'll be pouring beer inside the brewery until a table pops up.
- Gratuity is included.
