Take a ride on the rails to support the Advocates of Lake County!
Advocates of Lake County is a nonprofit organization that assists any victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, crime, or violence. We work for positive social change, seeking to promote a safe and healthy community.
Join us the evening of Friday, June 14th on the Leadville, Colorado & Southern Railroad for a fun evening of awareness, fundraising, and beautiful vistas!
Dinner will be served, with Silver Dollar, Tennessee Pass, Treeline, Cookies with Altitude and High Mountain Pies all generously chipping in. Drinks will be provided by City on a Hill and Mount Massive Liquors.
The train leaves promptly at 5:30 p.m. The railroad winds through the San Isabel National Forest and Arkansas River Valley for a little over an hour, at which point passengers get the opportunity to disembark, enjoy the scenic surroundings, and learn about the essential work that the Advocates of Lake County do for the community. The train returns along the same path to the depot in Leadville.
If you would like to pay for your tickets by check, please call Cori at (719) 917-8599 or visit the Leadville, Colorado & Southern Railroad ticket office - open 9 am to 4 pm 7 days a week.
