VEGAN DINNER AT WOODSTOCK PIZZA THEATER

THIS DINNER PROMISES TO BE A FEAST FOR YOUR EYES and PALATE:

Our evening at the WOODSTOCK PIZZA THEATER (wood oven) features a tremendous bounty of vegan dishes, from starters to dessert, created for us by Chef Chritopher. Woodstock Pizza Theater has succeeded in creating quite a buzz in the vegan food-loving community and Chef and proprietor Christopher goes all-out to create yummy Vegan dishes that keep customers coming back.

Cost of $30.00 includes the gratuity. Reasonably priced beer and wine will be available for a separate charge.

MENU: Family-Style Service.

STARTERS: Start with salads, served in large bowls with various vegan dressings that will be on the table for appetizers;

hummus with flatbread
crispy eggplant - tossed in a fermented black bean chili sauce, served over kale chips and brown rice
quinoa cauliflower croquettes - served in a coconut turmeric broth with shallots
cauliflower wings - served with a teriyaki glaze dipping sauce
ENTREES
pan seared gnocchi with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, kalamata olives, linguine mushroom stroganoff, penne vodka sauce
sweet potato quesadilla
Pizza
Margherita Pizza - San Marzano tomatoes, vegan mozzarella (violife)
Shrooms - mushrooms, vegan mozz, alice's eggplant - Eggplant, vegan mozz, Vegan Sausage and pepper - house made Italian Sausage (seitan) and peppers
Pepperoni Pizza - house made Pepperoni (seitan) ** this has become wildly popular** tempeh bacon pizza - house made "bacon" (tempeh), vegan mozz, San Marzano tomatoes

DESSERTS
Several plates of various house made vegan desserts as well as store bought.
BEER AND WINE: Will be available (all vegan)

House wines will be available by the glass and NYS Craft draught beer is available for $6.

TAKE HOME: You are welcome to bring one recyclable take home container, as Chef Christopher has generously offered to supply us with a special table for leftovers/ extras.
