Argentine Pizza - ham green olives

Savory spiced empanada with Romesco sauce
4th Course: Valentin Bianchi San Rafel Enzo
Hearty mushroom past, red wine honey reduction
5th Course: Pascal Toso Finca Pedregal
11 Oaks WAGYU flank, chimichurri, crispy potato wedge

We will pair an appetizer with each of the 5 wines that Robert and Andrew enjoyed from Toso Bodega and Bianchi Wineries in Mendoza Argentina. Enjoy their stories, wine, and beautifully prepared by food by chef Justin.

We will provide a presentation on each winery, wine, and food.

Cost is $150 per person and there is limited seating. Includes taxes and gratuity.
