Join Noel Arsenault and Brenda Ruddick for an evening of oven-baked golden deliciousness. Learn to make brioche - make the dough, shape it, twist it, stuff it, egg-wash it, and bake it to perfection just in time for Easter brunch! We will be making both sweet and savory versions of this versatile bread, so come ready to play.
Class includes a toast of bubbles and welcoming bite, a combination of demonstration and hands-on action, recipes, with a light dinner served to cap off the experience.
