The food we consume every day can either help or harm our mood. In this workshop, Dr. Chris Farrelly will explore the foods that can encourage good mental health, including good food combinations. Then Noelle Parton, MS, CN, will demonstrate easy recipes you can replicate at home to begin making changes to your diet immediately. Free samples of recipes demonstrated.
