Lost Abbey Box Set Dinner

13 beers and 8 courses; this truly is the ultimate box set! We've been trying for sometime to arrange this dinner with Gwen and Tomme from the Abbey and the start finally aligned with everyone's schedule to put this thing together. Each guest will receive 2oz. pours of all 13 tracks from the box set, 3-2oz. pours of some other Lost Abbey beers (TBD) that were blended into the tracks and 2oz. of 2012 Cable Car (thank you Ian and Nate for helping us arrange that!). In addition, chef Marc has put together this amazing menu:

Appertif - 2012 Cable Car

1st Course - Selection of Cheeses provided by Brothers' Provisions paired with Tracks 8 and 12.

2nd Course - Cantaloupe wrapped in thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma with Framboise de Amarosa reduction and paired with Tracks 5 and 7.

3rd Course - Chickling Provencal; petite chicken wings sauteed in olive oil and slowly cooked in a Saints Devotion/Tomato/Roasted Red Pepper coulis. Paired with Track 11

4th Course - Breaded and Deep Fried Older Viscosity Garlic Mashed Potatoes stuffed with House-Cured pork belly cracklins, 2 year old sharp cheddar and sun dried tomatoes. Paired with Track 9.

5th Course - Lemon and Carnevale infused pulled organic chicken breast topped with Carnevale Aioli, diced red onion, roasted garlic/lemon pepper/lime zest, sliced tomatoe and mixed greens. Paired with Track 2.

6th Course - Mayan Judgment Day marinated Salmon filet, golden yellow onion, young shaved carrots, roasted garlic and fresh basil chiffonade wrapped in an aluminum papillotte and steamed with more Mayan Judgment Day. Paired with Tracks 1 and 4.

7th Course - Cajun Mac N Cheese; Large Elbow pasta in a Gorgonzola and Shark Attack Cheese Sauce served with Cajun Spiced Shrimp. Paired with Track 3.

8th Course - Assorted Chocolate Truffles served with Tracks 6, 10 and 13.
