Just Food CSA in NYC Mini-Conference & City Fair
The Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) in NYC Mini Conference and CSA City Fair is an opportunity for farmers and CSA members to come together for an afternoon of workshops and discussion. Topics which to be presented will include: expanding the CSA season into the winter, getting youth involved in CSAs, agricultural policy issues, partnering CSAs with other organizations and many more.
The CSA Mini-Conference will be followed by the CSA City Fair, where all NYC residents can meet the farmers and organizers of CSA sites in the five boroughs. Join community-based organization Just Food to talk with farmers and CSA members about the benefits of community supported agriculture, and partake in the complimentary wine and cheese.
