Diplomatic Détente - An Everwhere Events July 4th Exclusive

Ministers, Counselors, Secretaries, and Attaches, hello! We have an amazing opportunity to spend Independence Day on the Hudson, directly beneath the fireworks, with New York City as the backdrop for the display. Add music, dancing, (reasonable) drinks, live performance, and other surprises and it will be an unique and marvelous night for American originals (like you!).

The location is none other than the Diplomat (http://www.worldyachtevents.com/yachts_diplomat.htm), a 135 Foot true classic yacht built in 1930. FDR, the Queen of Denmark, financier Bernard Baruch and others have all been on board - she was even used by the US Navy to patrol during World War II! In addition to this already rich history, the vessel actually sank and was brought back up a day later. She now floats derelict at her home in Weehawken, directly across from midtown Manhattan. History, mystery, intrigue, and triumph have all graced her decks.

Now's our perfect chance to add a new chapter to history of the Diplomat! The original decorations have mostly survived and we'll be giving her TLC + some modern flair to prepare for this NY meets NJ night of joy. Patriot or no, looking across the Hudson on this night, I'm sure you'll be reminded how excellent it is to be here, now.

Costumes are encouraged but of course not mandatory. Think nautical, 1930s-1950s finery, soldiers, scholars, seamen, famous historical figure and politicos, etc. Or just come as yourself, and enjoy the view.

Tickets are limited and first come, first served. Please get yours as soon as possible and help us spread the word to other amazing folks like yourselves! Since time is so short, we definitely need your help to make this amazing night a reality.
