For Ladies Only Showcase featuring Liz Grant
Liz Grant made her stage debut at age seventeen at Tommy T's in San Leandro, California with comedian Tom Rhodes. She bombed so hard that her next career move was waiting tables at Tommy T's in San Ramon, where she watched and learned from national headliners. Before the dot bomb, she was a writer for George Carlin's Laugh.com. Liz writes her own material and often assists fellow comedians in enhancing their own material and performances. She performs regularly at clubs around the Bay Area such as Cobb's, The San Jose Impro, The Purple Onion and Tommy T's, as well as clubs in LA such as The Comedy Store. She was also the winner of the Brian Regan Impression Contest. Hosted by Caitlin Gill.
