BBQ School at Kendall College with Slow Food
Join us at Kendall College as the Hospitality students, chefs, professors, and the farmers who raised the animals gather to present the secrets of the BBQ, including 48-smoked meats, more than 20 sides and answers to all your questions about the 'cue. Bring your appetite and all of your BBQ questions. Benefits go to Slow Food Chicago's support of Terra Madre, a global meeting of small farmers, educators and producers in Italy this October. The more our farmers know, the better we'll eat!
