Mastering Italian Classics with Chef Franco Lania
Join us for the Pegler Visiting Chef Series "Mastering Italian Classics" with Chef Franco Lania on Tuesday, August 13th at the Institute for Culinary Arts located in the Swanson Conference Center at Metropolitan Community College, Fort Omaha Campus. This Italian Food and Wine Degustation is open to all and will be held from 6:00PM to 9:00PM. There will be 5 courses paired with wine to be served as Chef Franco Lania does a cooking demonstration for each course. The cost is $55 per person.
