Join Slow Food Spokane River, Save Our Wild Salmon & Trout Unlimited for the 2nd Annual dinner at Hill's Restaurant & Lounge.
We will enjoy a delicious multiple course dinner by Chef David Hill, featuring wild salmon and delicious produce from local farmers and gardeners.
Hear from fisherman and farmers about the effort to re-establish the wild salmon run in the Snake River! And learn a bit of history about wild salmon in our immediate area from Spokane Tribe member Bill Matt Sr.
