Meat - How-to-smoke class and demo by Pit Master Rueben Partida of Wakenbacon BBQ, followed by eating! (IA meat smokers needed and please bring your own smoked, meat, cheese, etc. etc.) Reach out to Kelly/Gage if you can contribute!)
