Maine Wine + Dinner Party to benefit Kennebunk Rotary
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE KENNEBUNKPORT FESTIVAL
FOUR COURSES. GREAT WINE. ONE GIANT TENT. ZERO PRETENSE.
Some of you have been to our family wine dinners and on June 5, were taking it to a new level - an elegant, all-inclusive summer evening under the big tent, with live entertainment, multiple courses, wine pairings, and other surprises, all for one all-inclusive price.
Dinner will be elegant, yet informal - hors d'oeuvres, plus four courses served family style - deftly executed by chef Joel Souza and his team. Guests are seated at tables of 8-10, ensuring you make a new friend or two.
Our wine director, Sam Cote, will be on hand to explain each wine and answer questions. Absolutely no forced pairings or boring lectures!
$150 includes dinner, wine, tax, and gratuity. Cash bar available. 21+ only.
In keeping with our commitment to giving back to our community, well donate a portion of proceeds to Kennebunk Rotary Club's new program "CS 3 - Community Strong, Character Strong, Children Strong, supporting children in our community from families with limited resources.
Initially, this new program will focus on boosting childrens self-confidence by "leveling the playing field, with back to school packages that include new shoes, clothing and supplies tailored to each child and scholarships to town Parks and Recreation department for summer camp and school vacation camps.
Were holding our event in conjunction with with The The Kennebunkport Festival. Since 2004, the Kennebunkport Festival has been a fun, delicious way to kick off the busy summer season in southern Maine while recognizing the talents of our local artists, chefs, and musicians.
Orchestrated by business owners and friends, the week-long celebration generates a lot of excitement in the community, raises money for charity, and delivers great benefits to local businesses during what was previously a slow time of year. In 2018, the Kennebunkport Festival raised over $81,000 for Maine charities.
