Glass Fusion Yard Art - Crazy Birds & Cat Lady

Resident artist Donna Smit will teach students to create either a whimsical "Crazy Bird" or "Cat Lady" yard art. Previous glass cutting experienced preferred. Each student will learn glass cutting, copper inclusions, and will add a pair of eyeglass frames after the pieces are fired. The student will also learn about the types of glass; how to layer transparent and opaque, and the use of stringers and frit. Each cat comes with a yard stake. Limited to 8 students. All materials are included. $70
