Oceans 3: 2008 Showhouse Tours to Benefit the Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundation
Join Traditional Home for a unique showhouse project, taking place on one of the last available beach front properties on Long Island and the Hamptons. The Panoramic View Oceanfront Luxury Villas located at 272 Old Montauk Highway.
For the first time ever Traditional Home is partnering with three established New York City design pros Eric Cohler, Amanda Nisbet and Philip Gorrivan who have chosen three student design proteges to work as their apprentices on the design of the villas.
Home tours for all three villas will be open Sunday, November 9; Thursday-Sunday, November 13-16; and Thursday-Sunday,November 20-23, 11am-4pm weekdays and 11am-5pm weekends.
Tickets are $25 and all proceeds go to benefit the Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundation.
