INISIGHT: Expect Nothing, Feel Everything
Our focus will be centred on feeling deeply, expecting nothing, experiencing pleasure, surrendering to the faith in our bodies and gaining INSIGHT into the glorious sensations of our own remarkable and very personal yoga practice.
Lena and Hannah return to offer a summer special. The session will include a Forrest Inspired sequence, followed with complimentary refreshments. We will then settle down for a juicy, specifically sequenced Yin practice and end with our signature Svasana Head Massage.
