Brook & Bull Cellars Wine Dinner at Heyday Farm
This spring we are excited to have winemaker Ashley Trout of Brook & Bull Cellars join us on the farm for a wonderful evening of food and wine.
Brook & Bull is nestled in the rolling hills of Walla Walla, WA and produces small lots of carefully hand-crafted wines, from vine to bottle. Ashley strives for balance in her wines and creates wine to be enjoyed now or aged over the next decade. Ashley is also the winemaker of Vital Winery which is a non-profit winery that provides free healthcare to vineyard and winery workers in Walla Walla Valley. You can enjoy a delicious bottle of wine while giving back to the community that created it.
The evening will start out in Heyday's festive barn with Ashley pouring a tasting of a selection of wines from Brook & Bull Cellars and Vital Winery. Then guests will be invited over to the Farmhouse to enjoy a 4-course meal prepared by our Executive Chef, Tadao Mitsui.
$85.00 per person. Ticket includes wine tasting upon arrival, 4-course meal, tax and gratuity. Additional Brook & Bull wines will be available for purchase by the glass, bottle & case.
Tickets for this dinner are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the guest winemaker or the dinner in general, full purchase price shall be refunded.
