KEET: 50 Years Strong World Premiere
As of April 14th, 50 years to the day will have passed since KEET-TV made its first broadcast. For five decades, community members have poured themselves and their passions into this 3rd smallest PBS station in the continental United States. Money and market size has yet to stop KEET-TV from pursuing creative freedom in Humboldt County, and people from all walks of life have come together for half a century with a similar mission - to serve the communities all along the North Coast. This is the story of the little station that could.
Immediately following the premiere of KEET: 50 Years Strong, stay for an exclusive showing of Wont You Be My Neighbor, an intimate look at Americas favorite neighbor: Fred Rogers.
