Dim Sum Class at Imperial Lamian
Imperial Lamian is giving everyone a chance to learn how to make the restaurants most Instagrammable (and Instagrammed!) dish - the Combination Xiao Long Bao, or rainbow soup dumplings! On March 19th, 2019, Dimsum Head Chef Lim Kee Tiong will teach eager diners how to make their own XLB, spilling all his secrets for these colorful and delicious dumplings.
The intimate event begins with a hands-on demonstration, while guests roll, fill, and twist the dumplings to perfection. After the class, attendees dig their chopsticks into their own creations, as well as a selection of dim sum and a welcome drink.
