"42nd Street" is the story of Peggy Sawyer who arrives in New York City with dreams of getting her big break on Broadway. Famed director Julian Marsh gives her a chorus part in his new musical "Pretty Lady", but broadway star Dorothy Brock has an immediate dislike for the new young cast member. When Dorothy is injured the opportunity arises for Peggy to show her talent. Does she have what it takes to realize her broadway dreams? This beloved classic show features popular tunes and exciting tap numbers.
Thurston Middle School presents "42nd Street" at the Westwood High School Auditorium Thursday April 4th at 7pm, Friday April 5th at 7pm and Saturday April 6th at 2pm. Tickets are $15 for Adults and $10 for Students and Senior Citizens.
