2013 FREE Trip on Clipper City from Governors Island to Pier 17 (ONE WAY)
This is a 30-minute, one-way trip from Governors Island (Yankee East 2) to Pier 17.
Step back in time by climbing aboard the Clipper City for a one-way journey across the Harbor from Governors Island to Lower Manhattan's South Street Seaport. This majestic ship, modeled after a Civil War-era cargo schooner, boasts the highest capacity of any passenger sailboat in the United States and offers guests a unique way to take in breathtaking vistas of New York Harbor and the Lower Manhattan skyline.
Plan to arrive at Governors Island at least 45 minutes before your tour. You will pick up tickets at the ticketing table, located by Yankee Pier. Present your ID or a print out of your reservation confirmation to receive your tickets.
Please arrive at the ticketing table at least 30 minutes before the tour to pick up your tickets.
Tickets not claimed 15 minutes before the tour may be given to those in the standby line.
