The South American cuisine is deeply rooted in tradition and the many countries throughout South America have the perfect blend of spices and flavors that excite the palette.
The variety of cuisines from Peru to Ecuador are unique to the landscape and farming for each region.
Chef Instructors will guide you through this hands on class.

Skirt Steak-with Chimichurri Sauce - Argentina
Plantain & Yucca - Columbia
Flan - Chile
BYOB is always on the menu!
