St. Louis Shakespeare presents ROMEO & JULIET
They love each other passionately while their families - addicted to hatred - embrace a culture of endless violence. To be united with her Romeo, Juliet dares to face the terrors of the tomb - but not even the best of plans can change the inevitable course of disaster. Romance, passion and tragedy make up the greatest love story of all time.
St. Louis Shakespeare closes their 29th season with ROMEO & JULIET at the Hunter Theatre on the campus of DeSmet High School. A free, pre-show discussion is offered at 7pm on Saturday, March 29.
Reduced price student matinees are offered at 10am on March 28, April 3 & 4. Reservations are required for weekday matinees; for information or to make a reservation, email boxoffice@stlshakespeare.org.
