Dinner will be served at 7:00. The full cash bar will open at 6:15 and the tour of the Salt-Works will begin at 6:30. Drinks can be enjoyed on the tour.
Tickets are $85.00 each and include dinner, non-alcoholic beverages and service.

Grilled Romaine Salad with pickled red onions, oven dried tomatoes, feta, and balsamic reduction
Duxelle on Cornbread Toast Points with whipped goat cheese
Seared Beefaloaf with caramelized onion, herbed mashed potatoes, and husk-wrapped succotash
Fruit Cobbler with whipped whiskey cream and blackberry coulis
