The story of two wild police officers, Higgs and McGraw, and their chase to take down Samir, an evil mastermind hellbent on making the world bow down to him. Will they work through their own issues in time? Will Samir succeed? Why did so many scenes require Higgs to be shirtless? QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED. ANSWERS WILL BE GIVEN (for the most part.)
