Montreal-based Derek Seguin is one of the most sought after stand up comedians on the international circuit. He has performed at the prestigious invitation-only Just For Laughs festival an impressive 10 times as well as appearing numerous times at every other major festival in the country, making several television appearances along the way.
He has also appeared on CBC Radios, The Debaters more than thirty times and is one of the shows fan favourites.
Undeniably one of Canadas hottest comedians, he fittingly walked away with the top prize of Sirius XMs Canadas Top Comic competition in 2015; a contest that spanned the entire country with finalists from every major city.
Soo Blaster is Sault Ste marie's premier location to eat, drink and play. A large nightclub in the heart of downtown, the space has held dance parties and concerts from such notable acts as Nelly, Aaron Pritchett and Kenny Vs Spenny.
This will be the fourth stand up comedy show that Premium Comedy produces at Soo Blaster. Since 2008 we have strived to produce and perform the very best comedy shows for various for profit and non profit groups. We bring the funny to whoever needs to laugh. And who does'nt?
