Get fit and have fun while learning the basics of contemporary dance technique.
Open to adults of all ages who are passionate about learning the core principles of contemporary dance technique. These classes will introduce you to short phrases, travelling sequences, floor work and improvisation (inspired by Rambert repertoire). Complete beginners welcome to attend.
