Unlimited dumplings crafted by Chef Alan Tan, matched by likes of James Beard Award Winner Chef Abe Conlon of Fat Rice, Chef Tony Priolo of Piccolo Sogno and Chef Brian Enyart of Dos Urban Cantina
Imperial Lamian's world famous Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) served alongside the star menu line up
Complimentary pours of house wines, specialty cocktails and beer throughout the evening
The opportunity to mix and mingle with some of Chicago's top chefs
The event will take place on Wednesday, February 27th from 6-8 p.m. All proceeds from tickets to the tasting event will be donated to local nonprofit, Pilot Light, an organization dedicated to educating children on the power of nutrition.
