Bauer Butcher Takeover
Join us as we welcome the master of meat, boss butcher Chef Matt Kendrick into our kitchen. Matt will take the helm for one night only at Uptown 21.
Matt's 5 course menu will feature a variety of cuts and techniques showcasing the best a butcher has to offer, from straight steaks to raw beef to off cuts.
A especially crafted brown liquor cocktail menu and pairings will be available for extra enhancements.
$50/person ($65.50 including HST and gratuity)
plus Service Fee (a portion donated to charity)
