World of Whisk(e)y
In this class we will cover everything you want to know about Whisk(e)y. We will go over and discuss:
-The history, origin, and rise in popularity of everyones favorite spirit.
-The basic differences between your favorite bourbon, scotch, rye, and everything else.
-What geographically affects whiskeys as well as their ingredients, distillation processes, and regional regulations.
More importantly, these lessons will come with a whisky tasting. In the class you will make your own cocktail as we discuss classic cocktails that have a big brown liquor influence and also some signature cocktails that you can make at home to impress your cocktail - loving friends.
The class is scheduled for Sunday, February, 24 @ 5:00pm. $50 per person (must be 21 years of age to attend).
